Entry and Registration Information

$1400 + tax per 4-person Team

Entry Includes:  Lunch and Dinner, All food, snacks and unlimited non-alocoholic beverages on the course, drink tickets, team photo with John Daly, tee gift including merchandise bucks for mobile pro shop, special contest holes, and first place prize

Registration for the tournament is now open and will kick off at Cowboys Golf Club, the world's first NFL-themed golf course, with registration at 11:00 am and a shotgun start at 1:15 pm.  Other featured events throughout the tournament include a Silent Auction, Tee Box Trick Shot Show, Hole-In-One, Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin. 

Following the tournament, an awards and recognition dinner will be held with live entertainment for the teams.
