Entry & Eligibility Information
Entries Open: Monday, April 03, 2023 at 09:00 AM
Entries Close: Monday, June 05, 2023 at 04:00 PM
Championship Division Entry Fee: $80 (includes golf, cart, and range balls)
Eligibility: This tournament is open to female amateur golfers who are members of member clubs of the MSGA with an up-to-date USGA INDEX of 30.0 or less, who have reached their 30th birthday by June 12th. The handicap index must
be at the MSGA member club shown on the entry form.
Refund Policy: A withdrawal prior to seven (7) days of the event will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Medical refunds - There will not be a refund if a withdrawal is received less than seven days prior to the event without written medical excuse. Medical refunds will also be subject to a $25 processing fee.
Championship Information
Format/Field Size: The tournament will be an 18-hole stroke play competition. The handicap index used for the net component of this competition will be June 5, 2023.
Tee Times: The MSGA will assign pairings and tee times which will be available 5 days prior to the event and will be sent to players via email. Tee-times will begin at 10:30am.
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in both gross and net divisions. In the event of a tie for the Championship, a hole-by-hole playoff will follow immediately after the completion of play. Ties for any other prizes will be resolved by a match of cards according to the USGA recommended method.
Rules: USGA Rules govern all play. Entries are subject to rejection by the MSGA or host club at any time, including during the competition. The reason for rejection may include unbecoming conduct, such as violation of host club policies, or failure to comply with the requirements of the handicap system. Practice Round: Practice rounds are available on June 11th for a $50 reciprocal rate and can be booked 7 days in advance. Practice rounds are limited to 24 players on a first-come first-come basis.
