Registration:                From 9:00am-11:00am at Mantra Legends or from 7:15pm at the Welcome Party

Transfers:                     Bus Departs Mantra Legends at 11:15am              

Course:                         Lakelands GC

Tee-off:                        Shotgun start from 12:30pm

Transfers:                     Bus Departing Lakelands at 5:45pm

Welcome Party:         7:15pm – 9:15pm, Mantra Legends (Grand Terrace).  Dress is neat casual.

Monday, Aug 28        Round 1 – Stableford (White & Red tees)

Transfers:                     Buses Departing Mantra Legends at 10:30am

Course:                         RACV Royal Pines (Green & Gold nines)

Group photo:             Taken in event apparel before tee-off

Tee-off:                        12:00pm Shotgun start (Lunch pack provided)

After golf:                    Presentation in the Tees Clubhouse (Finger Food)

Transfers:                     Bus Departing at 6:00pm

 

Tuesday, Aug 29        Round 2 – Stableford (White & Red tees)

Transfers:                     Buses Departing Mantra at 10:15am

Course:                         Sanctuary Cove – The Palms

Tee-off:                        12:00pm Shotgun Start (Lunch pack provided)

After golf:                    Presentation in The Pines clubhouse (Finger Food)

Transfers:                     Bus Departing The Pines clubhouse at 6:00pm

 

Wed, Aug 30               Optional Brookwater game

Transfers:                     Departing Mantra Legends at 9:00am

Course:                         Brookwater Golf Course

Tee-off:                        11:00am

Thursday, Aug 31      Round 3 – Stableford (White & Red tees)

Note:                             SGA Fun Dress-up Day

After golf:                    BBQ lunch & presentation

Friday, Sep 1               Round 4 – Stableford (White & Red Tees)

Transfers:                     Departing Mantra Legends at 6:30am

Course:                         Palmer Gold Coast (Robina Woods)

Tee-off:                        8:00am Shotgun start

After golf:                    BBQ lunch & presentation in the clubhouse

Transfers:                     Bus Departing at 2:00pm

 

Awards Dinner:           6:30pm pre-dinner drinks at Mantra Legends (Mezzanine). Dinner at 7:00pm in the Apollo Ballroom. Dress is neat casual.

Group Photo: A group photo will be taken prior to tee off on Monday at RACV Royal Pines. You must wear your Championship polo shirt and cap (no exceptions) if you wish to join the group in the shot. By entering the event, you have consented to the use of this image in all future event publicity. The photo will be taken immediately after player briefing and before tee-off.

 

Round 3 SGA Dress-Up Day. We encourage everyone to “wear some flair” in R3 to reflect the spirit of fun that has always been central to this event – from a silly hat, to colourful shirt or even a full ensemble.
