Welcome to the MAPGA Junior Tour!
The MAPGA has teamed up with Optimist group to offer three Optimist qualifiers in our section. Each qualifier will grant exemptions to junior golfers in their respective age groups for the Optimist International Championship July 14-29, 2023 hosted at Trump National Resort & Spa in Miami, Florida.

Boys 12-13 > 5 Spots / Qualifying Score 90
Boys 14-15 > 6 Spots / Qualifying Score 83
Boys 16-18 > 5 Spots / Qualifying Score 78
Girls 10-12 > 11 Spots / Qualifying Score 97
Girls 13-14 > 6 Spots / Qualifying Score 93
Girls 15-18 > 6 Spots / Qualifying Score 85
Tees & Yardages:
Boys 10-11, Girls 10-12 - Red Tees Approx. 5200 Yards
Girls 13-14, 15-18 - Gold/Yellow Tees Approx. 5600 Yards
Boys 12-13 - White Tees Approx. 6100 yards
Boys 14-15 & 16-18 Blue Tees Approx. 6500 Yards
Format: Individual Stroke Play for 18 holes
Tee Times: Beginning at 10 am off hole #1
Driving Range: The range will be available for all players prior to play
Spectators: Spectators will be permitted to walk the golf course.
Withdrawal Policy: In order to receive a full refund, players must withdraw before 12 noon, 7 days prior to the event and prior to tee times being posted. Withdrawing after this time will result in a loss of entry fee unless due to illness, injury or family emergency.
