The Big Island Hawaii Member Trip
December 10-15th, 2018
Come along with us to the Big Island of Hawaii for a relaxing golf trip to close out 2018. This December 10-15th, stay at the historic Mauna Kea hotel or sister property the Hapuna Prince (recently renovated) for 5 nights, and play 4 rounds of golf at Mauna Kea GC (the #7 best course in all of Hawaii ranked by Golf Digest), Hualalai GC (host of the Champions Tour Mitsubishi Electric Championship), Big Island Country Club, and the Hapuna GC. This trip also includes 5 lavish breakfast buffets at your chosen property, an authentic Hawaiian luau, and a closing night group dinner. All taxes, resort fees, room gratuity, porterage charges, and parking are also included. Bring your spouse or friend on this amazing Hawaiian golf vacation provided by the NCGA. Non-golfers are also welcome.

Registering for this trip does NOT guarantee your spot. Upon registering, you will be contacted by an NCGA staff person who will confirm your registration, room type, and payment required. There is no guarantee that we can accommodate all participant's room preference (single rooms are limited).
Cancellation Information: Due to the exclusivity of this trip, and the Mauna Kea and Hapuna hotel's group requirements, the cancellation date for this event is May 18th, 2018. A full refund will be granted if the cancellation is received prior to this date. A refund cannot be given if you cancel your trip after this date, unless approved by the hotel.
This trip is limited to 48-52 players depending on room type
Accommodations
5 nights’ accommodation (Arrive Dec. 10, depart Dec. 15) - prearrival group rates are available
Your choice of Golf View Deluxe Room at the Historic Mauna Kea Hotel OR an Ocean View Room at the newly renovated Hapuna Hotel (properties are right near each other)
Golf
1 round each at the following:
December 11th: Hapuna GC
December 12th: Big Island CC or Hualalai (group will be split in half if over 28 players, with group switching courses on the 13th)
December 13th: Big Island CC or Hualalai (group will be split in half if over 28 players, whatever course you play on the 12th, you will play the opposite course on the 13th)
December 14th: Mauna Kea GC
*All rounds will be a shotgun start at 9-9:30 a.m. unless group numbers are lower than expected, in which case tee times will be used.
Meals
5 buffet breakfasts OR room credit ($178.50 at Mauna Kea, $150 at Hapuna)
1 dinner/entrance at Mauna Kea's authentic Hawaiian Luau (Tuesday, December 11th)*
1 group dinner on property (Friday, December 14th)*
*alcohol not included
Extras
Daily resort fees, taxes, room gratuity, porterage fees, parking, internet are all included
For Hapuna guests, a 1 hour snorkel rental for 2 daily is included
