OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to one complimentary practice round at Kingswood. Players are able to book their practice rounds as of June 1st, 2023, and may be played anytime from June 1st to July 13th, 2023 depending on availability.
Please call (506) 444-9500 x 334 to book a practice round. When booking your round, please indicate to the club that you will be using your practice round for the 2022 NB Men's Amateur Championship. Player must respect and follow the host club's tee time booking policies.
PRACTICE FACILITIES, PRESENTED BY BROKERLINK INSURANCE
Practice Facilities at the club will be available to all tournament players for the duration of the Championship. Complimentary range balls will be provided to participants prior to each competitive round.
PRIZES
Golf NB Gift Certificates will be provided to prize winners, with the total amount depending on the size of the field.
Competitors are eligible to win only one prize (net or gross) with the prize awarded being of the highest value of those for which they may qualify. A competitor may, however, be declared the champion of more than one competition, e.g., Amateur & Mid-Amateur Champion, but will receive only one prize.
Please Note: Golf NB protocol is to mail all prizes no later than one week after the closing of the competition.
HOST HOTEL
The Radisson will serve as the Host Hotel for the event. Participants are able to book their accommodations by calling the hotel at (506) 206-6270 and booking under "Golf NB Men's Amateur" or directly online with the following link: CLICK HERE
Please note that the rooming deadline for the event is June 15th, 2023.
NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
If you find you cannot compete in the championship, you must officially withdraw from the event by contacting Golf NB at (506) 451-1324 or by email at admin@golfnb.ca. Entry fees will not be refunded after the application deadline without a medical certificate. Entry fees will be refunded, less a $25 administrative fee, if Golf NB is notified of a player’s intention to withdraw prior to the application deadline. If you do not officially withdraw, you may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION from future Golf NB and Golf Canada competitions.

TOUR D'ENTRAÎNEMENT OFFICIEL
Tous les joueurs ont droit à un tour d'entraînement gratuit à Kingswood. Les joueurs peuvent réserver leur tour d'entraînement à partir du 1er juin 2023, et peuvent le jouer à tout moment entre le 1er juin et le 13 juillet 2023, selon la disponibilité.
Veuillez composer le (506) 444-9500 x 334 pour réserver une ronde de pratique. Lorsque vous réservez votre ronde, veuillez indiquer au club que vous utiliserez votre ronde de pratique pour le Championnat amateur masculin du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2022. Les joueurs doivent respecter et suivre les politiques de réservation des heures de départ du club hôte.
INSTALLATIONS D'ENTRAÎNEMENT, PRÉSENTÉES PAR BROKERLINK INSURANCE
Les installations d'entraînement du club seront mises à la disposition de tous les joueurs du tournoi pendant toute la durée de celui-ci. Des balles de golf gratuites seront fournies aux participants avant chaque tour de compétition.
PRIX
Des certificats-cadeaux de Golf NB seront remis aux gagnants des prix, le montant total dépendant de la taille du terrain.
Les concurrents ne peuvent gagner qu'un seul prix (net ou brut), le prix attribué étant de la plus grande valeur parmi ceux pour lesquels ils peuvent se qualifier. Un concurrent peut toutefois être déclaré champion de plus d'une compétition, par exemple, champion amateur et moyen amateur, mais il ne recevra qu'un seul prix.
Veuillez noter que le protocole de Golf NB consiste à envoyer tous les prix par la poste au plus tard une semaine après la clôture de la compétition.
HÔTEL D'ACCUEIL
L'hôtel Radisson sera l'hôtel hôte de l'événement. Les participants peuvent réserver leur hébergement en appelant l'hôtel au (506) 206-6270 et en réservant sous la rubrique "Golf NB Men's Amateur" ou directement en ligne avec le lien suivant : CLIQUEZ ICI
Veuillez noter que la date limite de réservation des chambres pour l'événement est le 15 juin 2023.
AVIS DE RETRAIT
Si vous constatez que vous ne pouvez pas participer au championnat, vous devez vous retirer officiellement de l'événement en communiquant avec Golf NB au (506) 451-1324 ou par courriel à admin@golfnb.ca. Les frais d'inscription ne seront pas remboursés après la date limite d'inscription sans un certificat médical. Les droits d'inscription seront remboursés, moins des frais administratifs de 25 $, si Golf NB est informé de l'intention d'un joueur de se retirer avant la date limite d'inscription. Si vous ne vous retirez pas officiellement, vous risquez d'être DISQUALIFIÉ des compétitions futures de Golf NB et de Golf Canada.
