COURSE ACCESS
Due to ongoing border issues, access to the Aroostook Valley Country Club (AVCC) is currently only available via the Brown Road in New Brunswick. Under this access method, players are not required to make entry into the United States.
Golf NB would like to remind players that the border situation is permanently ongoing and access points and restrictions may be subject to change prior to the event taking place. Any changes will be communicated to players prior to the start of the event.
Golf NB kindly asks for players' patience and understanding of the unique logistical situation that the host venue must operate under due to the ongoing border situation. With this, players should plan for increased time to access the course and facility from the car park area. An additional 30 minutes is recommended.

OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to one complimentary practice round at the Aroostook Valley Country Club during the week of the championship. Please call 1-800-980-8747 to book a practice round.
Competitors are entitled to only one complimentary practice round.
PRACTICE FACILITIES, PRESENTED BY BROKERLINK INSURANCE
Practice Facilities at the club will be available to all tournament players for the duration of the Championship. Complimentary range balls will be provided to participants prior to each competitive round.
PRIZES
Golf NB Gift Certificates will be provided to prize winners, with the total amount depending on the size of the field.
Competitors are eligible to win only one prize (net or gross) with the prize awarded being of the highest value of those for which they may qualify. A competitor may, however, be declared the champion of more than one competition, e.g., Senior & Super Senior Champion, but will receive only one prize.
Please Note: Golf NB protocol is to mail all prizes no later than one week after the closing of the competition.
MEALS
A meal, or food voucher, will be provided to each participant at their time of registration or following their first round. This voucher is only valid at the host club restaurant during competition days.
HOST HOTEL
There is no host hotel for this event.
NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
If you find you cannot compete in the championship, you must officially withdraw from the event by contacting Golf NB at (506) 451-1324 or by email at info@golfnb.ca. Entry fees will not be refunded after the application deadline without a medical certificate. Entry fees will be refunded, less a $25 administrative fee, if Golf NB is notified of a player’s intention to withdraw prior to the application deadline. If you do not officially withdraw, you may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION from future Golf NB and Golf Canada competitions.

ACCÈS AU TERRAIN
En raison de problèmes frontaliers persistants, l'accès au Aroostook Valley Country Club (AVCC) n'est actuellement possible que par la route Brown au Nouveau-Brunswick. En vertu de cette méthode d'accès, les joueurs ne sont pas tenus d'entrer aux États-Unis.
Golf NB aimerait rappeler aux joueurs que la situation à la frontière est permanente et que les points d'accès et les restrictions peuvent être modifiés avant la tenue de l'événement. Tout changement sera communiqué aux joueurs avant le début de l'événement.
Golf NB demande aux joueurs de faire preuve de patience et de compréhension à l'égard de la situation logistique unique dans laquelle le site hôte doit fonctionner en raison de la situation frontalière actuelle. Par conséquent, les joueurs doivent prévoir plus de temps pour accéder au parcours et aux installations à partir du parc de stationnement. Un délai supplémentaire de 30 minutes est recommandé.

RONDE DE PRATIQUE OFFICIELLE
Tous les joueurs ont droit à une ronde de pratique gratuite au Aroostook Valley Country Club pendant la semaine du championnat. Veuillez composer le 1-800-980-8747 pour réserver une ronde de pratique.
Les compétiteurs ont droit à une seule ronde de pratique gratuite.
INSTALLATIONS D'ENTRAÎNEMENT, PRÉSENTÉES PAR BROKERLINK INSURANCE
Les installations d'entraînement du club seront mises à la disposition de tous les joueurs du tournoi pendant toute la durée de celui-ci. Des balles de golf gratuites seront fournies aux participants avant chaque tour de compétition.
PRIX
Des certificats-cadeaux de Golf NB seront remis aux gagnants des prix, le montant total dépendant de la taille du terrain.
Les concurrents ne peuvent gagner qu'un seul prix (net ou brut), le prix attribué étant de la plus grande valeur parmi ceux pour lesquels ils peuvent se qualifier. Un concurrent peut toutefois être déclaré champion de plus d'une compétition, par exemple, champion senior et super senior, mais il ne recevra qu'un seul prix.
Veuillez noter que le protocole de Golf NB consiste à envoyer tous les prix par la poste au plus tard une semaine après la clôture de la compétition.
REPAS
Un repas, ou un bon alimentaire, sera fourni à chaque participant au moment de son inscription ou après son premier tour. Ce bon n'est valable que dans le restaurant du club hôte pendant les jours de compétition.
HOTEL HÔTE
Il n'y a pas d'hôtel hôte pour cet événement.
AVIS DE RETRAIT
Si vous constatez que vous ne pouvez pas participer au championnat, vous devez vous retirer officiellement de l'événement en communiquant avec Golf NB au (506) 451-1324 ou par courriel à info@golfnb.ca. Les droits d'inscription ne seront pas remboursés après la date limite d'inscription sans un certificat médical. Les droits d'inscription seront remboursés, moins des frais administratifs de 25 $, si Golf NB est informé de l'intention d'un joueur de se retirer avant la date limite d'inscription. Si vous ne vous retirez pas officiellement, vous risquez d'être DISQUALIFIÉ des compétitions futures de Golf NB et de Golf Canada.
