Event Entry Deadlines:  2022 Participating Teams - March 31, 2023 at 5:00 PM EST.  Starting April 1, 2023 or sooner if the initial 40 team field fills, any new team entries will be automatically placed on the event waitlist.  When the field is full, notice will be posted to this portal.  Beginning April 1, 2023, teams will be moved into the field on a space available basis contingent upon the Host Resort allocating additional rooms to invited.  Teams will be moved into the field in the order which they joined the waitlist.  Once a Team's spot in the field is confirmed, the Host Professional's Club is committed to fill that team spot or the Club will be charged the minimum team entry fee ($13,000) on June 1, 2023 when Member Open Entry closes.  HOST PROFESSIONALS WILL BE DIRECTED TO HAVE THEIR MEMBERS REGISTER ONLINE WHEN THEIR CLUB'S TEAM SPOT IN THE FIELD IS CONFIRMED BY THE NATIONAL TOURNAMENTS DIRECTOR.      

 

All players on participating teams are required to register individually.  Host Professionals selecting the Single Occupancy Entry Option will be billed the $750 upgrade fee by the Host Venue at check-in.  Member Accounts will be billed within 14-days of their registration submission.  Registrations for this event are based on the total number of Single and Double Occupancy Rooms contracted by Invited.  Room type registrations will be given first priority in the order which the registrations are received.  If a room type reaches its capacity limit, the player can choose to register for another available room type or join the event waitlist for their preferred room type option.  After Open Entry closes on March 31, 2023, players may be moved off the waitlist on a space available basis if the host venue opts to make additional rooms available to Invited.

When your entry form is successfully submitted, a computer generated confirmation will be emailed to you. Please add noreply@golfgenius.com to your address book and contacts to help delivery of the confirmation email to your inbox.  If you do not see the confirmation in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folders.

 

Once registered, you may CLICK HERE to view your registration status or position on the waitlist.  Players on the same team will be indicated by matching Team ID numbers.
