Official Room Block Dates: July 9, 2018- July 12, 2018

 

Rate: Players reserving a room under this block will get a rate of $120 per night, plus applicable taxes.

 

Method of Reservations: Reservations for the event will be made by individual attendees directly with the Ramada Plaza
at (207) 774-5861. Attendees must be instructed to request “New England Women’s Amateur Championship Block” to
receive the group rate. Individual cancellations for the group will be 48hrs.

Cut-off Date: Reservations by individual attendees must be received on or before July 2, 2018 (the “Cut-Off Date”). At the
Cut-Off Date, the hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event and release the unreserved rooms for general sale.

No Shows: No-Shows will be charged one night’s room and tax for the date of arrival.

Billing Arrangements: Individual to pay room, tax and incidental charges incurred by them at the Hotel (cash-paying guests
will be asked to leave a cash or credit card deposit to guarantee payment)

Special Concessions:
• Guests may check out early during their stay by 12:00pm if they are eliminated without a fee
