Guest Room Upgrades & Pre/Post Night Stays

• Tournament Entry includes a 4-Night Stay in a Traditional Category Room
• Group Check-In & Player Registration is Monday, May 15
• Group Check-Out is Friday, May 19
• Please note – as a Special Invited Member Benefit, The Greenbrier has included a complimentary round of golf with cart on The Meadows Course or Old White on Friday, May 19

To book and upgrade or Pre/Post Night Stays, please call Cynthia Glover in The Greenbrier Reservations Office at (877) 510-2747.  Select Option #2 for Conference – please identify yourself as an Invited Couples Tournament Participant.  If Cynthia is unavailable, any reservation agent can assist you.  

May 15th Practice Round & May 19th Leisure Round Tee Time Requests 

• On May 15, practice round tee times have been blocked from 11am – 2pm on the Meadows Course
• Attendees may request to play at a certain time and/or paired with other specific members, on a space available basis 
• Tee Times on Friday, May 19 will be played at leisure and booking requests will be fulfilled on a first come, first serve, space available basis

May 16th Dinner Reservations 

• On May 16, dinner will be at leisure and is not included in the Tournament Entry Package – guests are invited to enjoy one of The Greenbrier’s many on-property restaurants

The Greenbrier Signature Spa Services 

• Invited Couples Tournament Participants receive a 10% discount on any Greenbrier Spa Service Sunday through Thursday
