Welcome to the 2023 Golfplay Winter Men's League!

Waterloo Location

 

  • 12 week league starting the week of February 13, 2023 and ending the week of May 1, 2023

  • Your foursome can choose to play your weekly round on weekday evenings, with tee times available each day at 4:30; 5:00; 6:30; 7:00; 8:30; 9:00. 

  • Times are Tuesday & Wednesday

  • Once you select your day and time, it's yours for the entire 12 week season.

  • Each foursome's round is to be completed in the allotted time of 1 hour 55 minutes (just under 30 minutes per player). If your group finishes early, you are welcome to use the remaining time to play a few more holes or practice until time is up.

  • We will be putting players into one of four flights after the second week - starting handicap + scores from rounds one & two will determine what flight a player will participate in for the season

  • Each week, prizes will be awarded for: Top Gross Score (Flighted after week two), Top Net Score (Flighted after week two), Closest to the Pin, Longest Putt, and a weekly draw for a Double-Par Nachos Platter! 

  • Gross Skins game every week!  $5 each week for those who wish to participate - bring cash please. (Note - no handicaps will be used)

  • Yearly point totals are established by weekly ranking in the player's designated flight based on net scoring. Note that all net scores will be calculated using 80% of the League Handicap, adjusted for 9 holes

  • A Golfplay League Champion will be crowned in each flight after the last week based on their yearly point total. Prizes will be handed out for the winners of each flight!
