Club Disclosures:
**YOU MUST PLAY IN AT LEAST 3 MEN’S CLUB TOURNAMENTS PRIOR TO THE SENIOR OR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN THIS TOURNAMENT. SUPER SENIOR TOURNAMENTS DO NOT QUALIFY!!!  WAIVERS MAY BE GRANTED FOR MEDICAL REASONS OR OTHER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES BY APPLYING WITH THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ONE WEEK BEFORE THE ENTRY DEADLINE FOR THE TOURNAMENT.   The Tournament Committee must be notified of withdrawals 48 hours prior to the start of the tournament, or NO refund will be given.  Refunds will be provided on a case-by-case situation.   Pace of Play: Men’s Club Pace of Play will be strictly enforced. Pace of Play times for your group will be printed on all scored cards. Stroke penalties may be issued by the tournament committee.  Hole in one contest begins on March 15 and ends on Nov 15.  Any hole in ones shot at Indian Tree during this time period will qualify.  No exceptions! Hole in Ones must be reported by the player to the Treasurer and submit a signed score card in the Men's Club box.
