Once again, Washtenaw Golf Club hosts the traditional season-opener GAM Junior Kickoff.

 

Who: Entries are open to all amateur golfers who have not yet reached their 19th birthday by April 22, 2023 and are residents of Michigan or are members of a GAM Member Club at time of entry.

 

When: Saturday, April 22, 2023 - Sunday, April 23, 2023

 

Where:  

 

Format: Two-day, 36-hole stroke play competition

 

Registration Opens: Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 10:00 AM

 

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, April 05, 2023 at 11:59 PM

 

Entry Fee: $90

 

Exempt Registration Status

 

Eligible players that meet the following criteria will be able to register for the tournament two weeks prior to the standard registration open date. After the standard registration open date, these players will no longer have a guaranteed spot in the field. Players with exempt registration status are subject to all standard tournament eligibility criteria and pay the full entry fee.

 

• Top 10 on any of the 2022 GAM Junior Player of the Year Points lists.
• Champion or Runner-Up in a 2022 GAM Junior Championship*
  • * - Excludes stroke-play competitions with 9-hole rounds.
  • * - Includes stroke-play portions of Michigan Junior State Amateur Championship and Michigan Girls' Junior State Amateur Championship
