Bill Forst Junior Match Play

 

Inspired by the successful Ed Forst & Martini Mixed Match Play club events, the Bill Forst Junior Team Match Play will be returning to the junior calendar this season after a long hiatus. Juniors are encouraged to find an appropriate partner to compete in a year-long select-drive alternate shot, team match play competition.

 

Partners will have a maximum allowable handicap difference of 12 strokes. Partners with greater than 12 strokes difference in handicaps may team together but the higher handicap partner will be limited to a handicap 12 strokes higher than the low handicap player.

 

The format is match play, two-ball foursomes, each team playing a selected drive and then alternate shot. Team playing handicap is 60% of the difference between team total handicaps. Men’s handicap holes on scorecard will be used.

 

Boys will play silver tees & girls will play yellow/purple combo.
