Tournament Agenda and Social Events

Friday:

  • Practice Rounds (Afternoon): All players are welcome to play a practice round on Friday, September 22nd.
  • Please call the golf shop (601.605.4653) to schedule your tee time or the golf shop staff will be happy to assist in finding a group to play with.
  • Driving Range (1:00PM – 5:00PM): We will have keg beer, music, and fun!
  • Come join the fun as your warmup for your practice round or just stop by to hang out.
  • Player Reception (5:00PM – 8:00PM): Join us for some appetizers, bar, and meet the field on Ella Jane’s patio to kick off a great weekend!

 

Saturday:

  • Breakfast will be available for purchase beginning at 7:00AM in Ella Jane’s
  • Tee-Times: Between 9:00AM – 10:50AM (Double Tee Start on #1 & #10)
  • Lunch (11:00AM – 2:00PM): Provided at the Putting Green as you make the turn from #9 to #10 or #18 to #1
  • Saturday Night Dinner Party (6:00PM – 9:00PM): Live Music, Food, Bar, and Fun! We will have the football games displayed on the patio as well.

 

 

Sunday:

  • Breakfast sandwich will be provided beginning at 7:00AM on the Golf Shop patio.
  • Shotgun Start at 9:00AM: Please be in your carts ready for announcements by 8:45AM
  • Lunch (11:00AM – 2:00PM): Provided at the Putting Green as you make the turn from #9 to #10 or #18 to #1
  • Scoring & Awards: Outside Golf Lounge

 

 

*You are encouraged to leave your clubs with us throughout the weekend. We will make sure they are ready for you on your golf cart each morning*

*We plan to send out the pairings for Round 1 on Thursday (9/21) afternoon*

*We will email the flights and scoring from Round 1 on Saturday evening and will have it printed for everyone at the Saturday Reception*
