Player Information Sheet

Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: There will be 3 qualifying places, plus 2 alternates.
 

Practice Rounds: Please contact the Pawtucket CC Golf Shop to arrange a time.(401)726-6320. Registered players only.  Fee is $50.00, which includes cart.
 

Golf Shop & Locker Room: Will be available at 7:00am

Practice Facilities: Pawtucket CC does not have a driving range, please make other arrangements to warm up
 

Food & Beverage:  will be available on a cash basis.

Withdrawals: Please call the USGA Championships Department at (908)326-1950.
 

Golf Ball: The One-Ball Rule will be in effect.
 

Competition Tees/Yardage: The competition will be played from the BLUE Tees (Approx. 6500 yards, Par 69).
 

Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation will NOT be permitted. Pull/push carts are permitted, but only if rented from Pawtucket CC.  Please contact the club to make arrangements to secure one.
