9-Hole Division Entry Fee: $45
Eligibility: This tournament is open to female amateur golfers who are members of MSGA Member Clubs or residents of Maryland. Players must have reached 9 years of age by the first day of competition, but have either (1) not reached their 18th birthday or (2) have reached their 18th birthday but have not reached their 19th birthday and have not yet attended college. If the player has a USGA Index, please provide the information on the entry form. If the player does not have a USGA Index, please complete the average 18-hole score information.
Refund Policy: A withdrawal prior to seven (7) days of the event will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Medical refunds - There will not be a refund if a withdrawal is received less than seven days prior to the event without written medical excuse. Medical refunds will also be subject to a $25 processing fee.
Championship Information
Format: The Championship will be a 36-hole stroke play competition (two 18-hole rounds) played in age divisions 16-18, 14-15 and 13 and under. The Champion will be the low gross score of the field. In addition, the winner of each age division will be determined by the low gross score within that division. Applicants who are age 9-11 may opt out of this format to play in a separate "9-Hole Division" and will play 9 holes each day. 9-Hole competitors are not eligible to win the overall Championship but will be awarded prizes within their own division.
Tee Times: The MSGA will assign pairings and tee times which will be available 5 days prior to the event and will be sent to players via email. Pairings for the second round will be available by the same means.
Prizes: Trophies will be awarded to the 9-hole Champion, Overall Champion and Runner-up and pro-shop credit will be awarded to winners in each age division. Additional prizes will be awarded in each age division based on the size of the field. In the event of a tie for the championship, there will be a hole-by-hole play-off at the conclusion of play. Ties for any other prizes will be resolved by a match of cards according to the USGA recommended method.
Rules: USGA Rules govern all play. Entries are subject to rejection by the MSGA or host club at any time, including during the competition. The reason for rejection may include unbecoming conduct, such as violation of host club policies, or failure to comply with the requirements of the handicap system. Practice Round: Practice rounds are available for $50 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday June 20, 21 & 22 after 2pm. Please call the pro-shop to schedule these in advance. All players and spectators must abide by Baltimore Country Club's dress code and cell phone policy during practice rounds.

Carts & Caddies:
- Championship division competitors are prohibited from using caddies.
- 9-hole division competitors may be accompanied by a caddie who is not their parent or guardian.
- No motorized carts will be permitted for players or caddies. Push carts will be permitted. You may use your own push cart, or rent one from the club for $16.
- Spectator Carts will not be permitted during this championship with the exception of a spectator who can provide an issued and active Handicap Permit to the MSGA PRIOR to the day of the event.
Food & Beverage: Food and beverage will be available for purchase at the on-course snack shack only. This can be accessed by holes #8 and #10. CASH ONLY will be accepted.
Dress Code: All competitors must abide by Baltimore Country Club's dress code and cell-phone policy.
Driving Range: The driving range will be open at 7:15am.
