Welcome to the Aramco Team Series presented by Public Investment Fund

The Event

The first of its kind, the Aramco Team Series is the first team event series on any professional tour. Welcoming the world’s best golfers, the tournament will present winning titles for the best individual and team scores in the newest format in golf.

Using an ‘NFL-style’ draft system, each captain picks their first player, before being randomly allocated a third professional teammate and a competing amateur, largely made up of event partners. As well as competing for the team trophy, the professionals also vie for an individual title, and exciting purse.

The Format

26 teams of 4, battling it out over two days at Laguna National Golf Resort Club to become the first Aramco Team Series champions of 2023. Using a unique scoring system, and allowing an amateur to contribute to the final result of a professional tour event with a total prize fund of $1m, the Aramco Team Series, continues to bring a new level of excitement and entertainment to the Ladies European Tour.

As well as the team event, there will be a three-day individual strokeplay competition contested between a 78-player field. Coming to a conclusion on the final day after the team event is finalised and the field cut to 60 and ties, the individual competition contributes towards Race to Costa Del Sol and Rolex World Ranking points.

Updates for 2023

After an exciting visit to Bangkok for Round One last year, the series is starting the season with an exciting new event in Singapore. As the first of three visits to Asia of the year, Singapore is set to start the year in style - can Manon De Roey defend her title in a new location?
