Tuesday Spring League

12 weeks, starting on Tuesday, April 4th

Tee times and pairing will be posted online in advance each week.

USGA rules of golf govern all league play, except where modified by League committee.

Spring league will consist of two 5 week sessions, players will be ranked according to points won in various formats (see below). First and second place from each session will compete in match play to determine overall spring champion (weeks 11 and 12). All other league members will compete in a separate two week better ball of partners tournament over the last two weeks. This will be The Harry DeJesse better ball. Prizes will be awarded for the league winners and the DeJesse winners.

Handicaps are calculated by the USGA/GHIN system and are updated each week on Tuesday morning. Weekly league rounds will automatically be posted to your GHIN account by the league committee, all other scores should be posted by the player to their GHIN account.

Scoring / Payout

Match Play win = 10 pts. ($20)
Match Play tie = 5 pts. ($10)

Low Net weekly
1st place = 5pts. (no money)
2nd place = 3 pts. (no money)
3rd place = 1 pt. (no money)

Skins weekly
3 pts. Per skin ($90 weekly skins pot)

Proximity contests (5) weekly
CTP holes #2, #4, #8 = 1pt. ($25 par, $30 birdie) must make gross par or better, or money carries over
Long Drive hole #9 = 1 pt. ($25) must make net par or better, or money carries over
Straight Drive hole #3 = 1pt. ($25) must make net par or better, or money carries over
