Welcome to the Pharmasave Mens Club Gross Matchplay for the 2023 season!

 

We're excited to share this with you and hope we can generate a good buzz around this event to produce our biggest field yet.

 

This years deadline for signing up is May 3rd, whereupon we'll create the brackets.

 

All play will be from the Men's Blue tees. 

 

Participants MUST be current 2023 Mens Club Members.

(You qualify if you paid your $30 league registration fee in 2023).

 

Each round players will be given 3-4 weeks to complete their matches. Dates will be on bracket poster.

 

For 2023, all information on the matchplay brackets, deadlines, player information and tees can be found on the Mens Club board on the hallway in the clubhouse. Previously we have asked players to visit this tournament portal to determine who their next opponent will be and too many players found that challenging. Please give us feedback, whether positive or negative so we know the best way forward.

 

If players don't compete before the deadline, then both players exit the tournament and their opponent receives a bye into the next round. 

If one player makes contact, either by calling, texting or emailing, offers dates to play and gets turned down each time then they proceed into the next round.

If both players feel as though they're offering as many opportunities as the other player, the conversation needs to be shared with Joe Knight, the event coordinator. Joe's information will be on the Mens Club board.

 

At the completion of a match it is good etiquette for the losing player to write the winners name on the next bracket.
