Golf Canada provides British Columbia Golf with a certain number of quota spots for each National Championship. British Columbia Golf designates 70% of these quota spots to the top finishers in our provincial championships. The other 30% are decided by Committee. For the Canadian Men's Mid Amateur, British Columbia Golf has 17 quota spots. 12 spots will go to the top finishers at the BC Men's Mid-Amateur.

For the Canadian Women's Mid Amateur, British Columbia Golf has 4 quota spots. 3 spots will go to the top finishers at the BC Women's Mid-Amateur.
