WELCOME TO THE 2025 LADIES GOLF SEASON!

 

Members and non-members are welcome for 18 hole and 9 hole play.  Non-members receive a reduced green fee rate - inquire at the pro shop. 

 

LEAGUE REGISTRATION: If you're a member then you will automatically receive a Golf Genius invitation for the first league day.  If you won't be playing in the Tuesday league at all, then please reply to that invite changing the subject of the email to unsubscribe OR, ignore the invite and email  comoxladiestuesdayleague@gmail.com asking to be removed. Non-members are welcome so if you'd like to join our league then email the comoxladiestuesdayleague@gmail.com and ask to be added to the league roster.    

 

WEEKLY SIGN UP: If you are registered for the league, you will automatically receive an email on Friday asking if you will be playing the following Tuesday. To play, hit the “playing” button. If you do not respond, it is assumed you will not be playing. Sign ups will close Monday at 12noon.  

 

If you are not comfortable with doing things electronically then you can email the Tuesday league organizers at comoxladiestuesdayleague@gmail.com. 

 

We will do our best to accommodate specific playing group requests. If you need to cancel after the sign up deadline please let us know by email or call the pro shop ASAP. 

 

Ladies that have not signed up in advance are welcome BUT they will be fit into the field where there is room. 

 

GOLF CARTS: If you require a power cart, please book this yourself in the pro shop. 

 

TEES:  You are welcome to play from the forward tees (black tees) rather than the Red/Yellow.  If you do play forward, then you will not qualify for gross or net prizes or snips but you can participate in Putt-for-Dough. 

 

 

CHECK IN:

 

9 HOLE PLAYERS Please send us a message from the portal after hitting the “playing” button indicating that you are playing 9 holes.  You will be starting at the back of the field on holes 4 and 5 at the same time as the rest of the field. 

 

18 HOLE PLAYERS please check in at the desk  by hole #1 at least 30 minutes prior to the shot gun.  Players pay $2 participation fee.*  Optional $2 putt for dough and optional $2 flighted snips.   

*Participation fee covers prizes, draw prizes and chocolates for chip ins 

 

PLEASE SIGN UP FOR LUNCH BEFORE HEADING OUT TO PLAY 

 

After completion of your round and BEFORE PUTTING YOUR CLUBS AWAY, please have your gross, net, putts and snips verified by your scorekeeper and make sure your scorecard is dated and signed.  Prizes and $$$ may be involved so it is important that your score is verified. 

Record your score and snips on the sheets provided on the table on the patio. Be sure your snips are recorded in the correct flight.  

 

MATCH PLAY competitions are welcome to be played on Tuesday mornings BUT you will not get priority on Hole #1.  You will still pay the $2 participation fee and can participate in putt for dough and snips.  You can not win low gross, low net or low putts.
