Courtesy Practice Rounds: A practice round may be scheduled by calling the golf shop and identifying yourself as a player in the field. Tee times will be available Monday through Thursday after 1:00 pm. Cost of a practice round will be $25 and includes a cart. Players may ride in the practice round, but are required to walk in the qualifying round.

Starting Times:  Play will begin at 10:00 am off the first tee.

 

WithdrawalsPlease advise the Mass Golf office immediately at (774) 430-9016 if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise the Mass Golf office may disqualify the player from future USGA competition. Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: 3 qualifying spots, 2 alternates

 

Distance Devices:  The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.

 

Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation will NOT be permitted. Pull/push carts will be permitted.

 

Caddies: Caddies are allowed. Shaker Hills does not have caddies. Players may provide their own and should be prepared to do so if they want to utilize a caddie.

 

Golf Ball:  The One-Ball Rule will be in effect.  See Appendix I of the Rules of Golf.

 

Competition Tees/ Yardage: The competition will be played from the approximately the MIDDLE (white) tees (Approx 6,000 yard; par 72).

 

Golf Shop and Practice Facilities:  Open and available at 7:00 am. The driving range will be off of mats only. Lunch will be available for purchase in the grill room starting at 11:00 am, both cash and credit are accepted.

 

Dress CodePlease observe the USGA dress code as stated in the U.S. Women's Amateur Championship application.

*There will be no regsitration on the day of the event - please report to your scheduled starting hole to recieve local rules, scorecard, etc. 10-15 minutes prior to your starting time.
