Beat Net Par is a net format where all players are playing to beat their own personal Net Par.
Beat the Pro is a gross/net format where players compete against the Pro. All players who beat the Pro's score split the pot of winnings.
Best Ball is a gross/net format in which the multiple golfers who make up a team compare their scores on each hole, and the one lowest score among them - the "best ball" among them - counts as the team score.
ChaChaCha is a gross/net form of Best Ball competition for 3 or more competitors, in which the number of balls to be scored begins with one ball on the first hole (hole no. 1), two balls on the second hole, three balls on the third hole, then repeats for the remainder of the round.
Low Gross/Low Net is an individual stroke play event. There are different variations to this format such as: Tee Box Bump Up, Tee Box Bump Back, and Cries (18-hole players drop their worst 6 scores, 9-hole players drop their worst 3 scores).
Quota is a net format involves the use of a "quota points". Before the round, each player determined their quota based upon her handicap. The maximum quota is 36 points. So, a one handicap has a quota of 35. A two handicap has a quota of 35, etc. A 30 handicap has a quota of 6.
During the round, award yourself points as follows:
Gross/Net Scores
Hole-in-One: 12pts
Double Eagle: 12 pts
Eagle: 8pts
Birdie: 4pts
Par: 2pts
Bogey: 1pt
After the round, the golfer who most exceeds her quota wins the game. If nobody achieves quota, then the winner is the golfer who came closest.
Schamble is a gross/net format where all players in your tee time tee off from their respective teeing areas. All players move to the best drive and play their own ball in through the hole for their own individual score.
Scramble is a format where each golfer hits his own ball from the tee box. The group then walks over to where those balls landed and elect only one whose landing position is deemed most desirable. Each golfer will then hit his own ball from that one chosen spot and proceed likewise until the lowest score for that hole is recorded. The same process will begin anew on the next hole until the end of the round.
SDGA Modified Chapman is a gross/net format where players are in teams of two. Both players hit a tee shot on each hole. Partners hit each other's ball for their second shot (Par 3’s, 4’s & 5’s). For the third shot, one ball is selected by the team to be played, alternate-shot, for the remainder of the hole. If the second shot played by player A is chosen, player B will play the third shot. The team alternates shots until the ball is holed. Only 1 score will be needed.
Stableford is a gross/net scoring system in golf that awards points for the number of strokes taken on each hole in relation to par, rather than simply counting your strokes (like in stroke play). Unlike in stroke play, where you want the lowest score, your goal in Stableford scoring is to have the highest score.

Step-Back Scramble is a gross format where all players tee off from the tee box (shot 1). The group elects one ball to play for the group's next shot. The player whose ball is chosen, steps-back and does not hit that shot. The remaining players hit from that spot (shot 2). When it comes time to chose the next shot to take for shot 3, the player's ball whose ball is chosen from shot 2, steps-back and does not hit that shot, and the player who sat out from shot 1 steps back in to hit for the third shot.
WRMGA Match Play is a net format where all players will be playing match play against every other player in the field. Points are awarded to players who win or tie each hole. Players will receive 1 point for every hole won and receive 0.5 points for each hole that is tied.
