Il n'y a aucun frais pour une équipe qui annule son inscription avant la fin des inscriptions. Lorsqu'une équipe est acceptée pour participer au tournoi, il n'y a aucun remboursement possible.  Toutefois, i ly a toujours la possibilité de remplacer une joueuse par une autre et ce, peu importe son facteur d'index.  Il est souhaitable d'aviser Diane Surprenant, si possible, au moins 24 heures d'avis, pour informer de la modification.

 

There is no fee for cancellations prior to the registration end date.  Once a team is accepted to participate in a given tournament, no reimbursement is permitted. However, there is always the possibility to substitute a player with another, regardless of their handicap index.  It is preferable to advise Diane Surprenant, if possible, at least 24 hours in advance of any changes.
