LOCATION
Hudson is located between Akron and Cleveland on Rt. 303 off Rt. 8.  It is between exits 180 and 187 on the Ohio Turnpike. Country Club of Hudson directions can be found here.

REGISTRATION
All contestants must register in person at The Country Club of Hudson on Monday, June 19th
from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Jeffrey Camp Sr. Golf Center located on the Driving Range of CCH> Place in the tournament shall be forfeited by any player from whom no word is received by 7:00 p.m., Monday June 19th.  Tournament tee times will be distributed at registration and posted at www.hudsonjunior.org by Sunday June 18th.  If you cannot register in person please email jeffcampjr@hudsonjunior.org to confirm place in tournament. 

CANCELLATIONS 
To withdraw from the tournament and receive a full refund, cancellations must be received by May 31st, 2023.

PRACTICE ROUNDS
Practice round will be Monday, June 19th.  The practice round will start at 8:30 a.m. with a shotgun start.  You do not need to sign up for the practice round you will select a hole assignment when you arrive Monday morning  .  The putting facility and driving range will be available for practice beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, June 19th.  Those within driving distance from The Country Club of Hudson may schedule a practice round prior to June 19th.  However, only one practice round per contestant is permitted.  Parents wishing to accompany their son/daughter during a practice round prior to June 19th will be charged cart and greens fee.  The golf course and practice facilities will not be available to participants Sunday June 18th.

HOTEL INFORMATION 
Hudson Junior Invitational has partnered with GYC Planners as our official invitational housing authority. HJI is requesting that all participants, parents and coaches attending the event in need of a hotel room utilize the Event Sanctioned Hotels for their stay. We have done the leg work for you and all the hotels are offering discounted rates with breakfast included.  Utilizing these hotels ensures guests are accommodated in desired areas close to the Country Club of Hudson. Please book your room(s) asap to ensure that you receive the tournament rate.

Players staying at hotels are responsible for their own airport transportation to and from Cleveland Hopkins Airport and Akron Canton Airport. 

SOFT SPIKES 
The Country Club of Hudson requires the use of soft spikes.  Locker Room attendants will be available, on a limited basis, to respike shoes for $20.00 per pair.

TOURNAMENT UPDATES
Tournament updates and changes to the schedule will all be made by email, text, website and social media.  

ATTIRE 
No T-shirts, denim shorts or pants, cutoffs, headphones or cellular phones are permitted on golf course.  June weather in Northeast Ohio can be very unpredictable.  We advise you to bring warm clothes and rain gear just in case.

CONTESTANT AND GUEST DINING 
Tournament fees include lunch for participants on all tournament rounds and practice round on Monday June 19th.  Parents and spectators dining is available at The Country Club of Hudson for lunch and dinner Tuesday thru Thursday.  All major credit cards are accepted.

CADDIES/GOLF CARTS 
Caddies and Golf Carts are prohibited during the tournament – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Push Carts may be used.  CC of Hudson has a limited amount of clic gear push carts and can be reserved on a first come first serve basis and fee of $25/Round
Spectators may rent golf carts on a first come first serve basis for $30/rental.

LIVE SCORING 
One player per group will be asked to do live score via the golf genius app.  All players will keep a scorecard as well.  Scores in app are not official until scorecards are double checked and signed in scoring area. Please make sure you bring your cell phone fully charged.
