Dear Friends,
As a supporter of those living with Diabetes, please join us to help improve the lives of those challenged with Diabetes each day living right here in Greater Cincinnati…without a day off. New technology, such as continuous glucose monitors (CGM’s), insulin pumps and beneficial diabetes education are out of reach for many who are in poverty or simply can’t afford the “luxury” of these important tools. Crossroad Health Center is currently serving over 800 folks suffering with less than controlled Diabetes (including Type I and Type II Diabetes) and unable to afford the best care possible to manage their blood sugars. So, we’re partnering with this remarkable 501(c)3 organization to change the quality of their lives right here and right now…The Goal is Better Control! Here’s the agenda for August 28th:
- 11:00am A grab and go lunch and warm-up available on the driving range
- 12:30pm A shotgun start featuring an 18-hole scramble. (We are limiting our field to 100 golfers to ensure a quick and fun pace of play)
- 5:00pm A light, dinner by the bite immediately following golf
- 5:30pm Winners of golf and raffles announced and announcement from Crossroad Health Center
There are a few different ways you can help:
- Put together a Foursome - $200 per person or $750 per foursome covers lunch, golf, cart and light dinner.
- Consider a sponsorship – We have $250 hole sponsorships through $10,000 presenting sponsorships for you or your company.
- Make a donation or give a raffle prize
- Tell others about this opportunity
We’re off to a great start with a donor offering to cover all expenses, making your donation 100% tax-deductible and all funds going to the mission! This is something we can all get excited about…improving the lives of at least some of those with Diabetes living in our community by providing the technology/tools that offer significantly better control.
