2:45 PM – Announcements (Practice Facility)

3:00 PM – Par-3 Challenge (Optional)

5:00 PM – Registration, Team Photos, Gift (Great Room in Clubhouse)

5:00 PM – Soiree! Appetizers and Cocktails, Games, including Hit the Floating Green

from the LQ Beach, and a Putting Contest.


Friday, September 8th

7:00 AM – Practice Facility opens

7:30 – 8:30 AM – Breakfast (Clubhouse Dining Room)

8:45 AM – Announcements (Practice Facility)

9:00 AM – 18-Hole Shotgun Start, Round 1 (Net Best Ball – 2 Scores)

9:40 AM - 10:00 AM – 9-Hole Tee Times Round 1 (Net Best Ball – 2 Scores)

12:00 PM – Boxed Lunch Delivered on the Course

2:00 PM – Derby Betting (Great Room)

2:45 PM – Derby

 

Saturday, September 9th

7:00 AM – Practice Facility opens

7:30 – 8:30 AM – Breakfast (Clubhouse Bar Area)

8:45 AM – Announcements (Practice Facility)

9:00 AM – 18-Hole Shotgun Start, Round 2 (Shamble with a 3,2,1 Net Scoring Format)

9:40AM - 10:00 AM – 9-Hole Tee Times Round 2 (Shamble with 3,2,1 Net Scoring Format)

2:00 PM – Lunch & Awards - (Great Room)

 

REGISTRATION

Check-in for the Women’s Classic will be on Thursday, September 7th at 5:00 PM in the Great Room. Entry fees can be paid by Check (made payable to QWGA) or charged to your Member Account. 

 

SKINS

 (Friday round) Gross and Net skins will be available. $10/player (cash only) to be paid at registration.

 

DERBY ENTRY

Four-person modified alternate-shot scramble format on Friday afternoon.

Derby betting will be available on Friday afternoon after Round 1.  

All teams are invited to participate in the Derby. $20/team (cash only).

 

SOIREE

 Our cocktail party is a wonderful tradition of the Women’s Classic. Please join us for a beautiful evening with appetizers, cocktails, and games on Thursday after the optional, afternoon Par-3 Challenge. You can even experience the fun of hitting a shot onto a floating green from the LQ Beach!

 

TEES

18H teams will play from the Red/Yellow Combo tees.

9H Teams will play from the Yellow tees.

 

HANDICAPS

Teams will be flighted based on their current USGA Index.

Friday, September 8th – Players will receive 85% of their Course Handicap

Saturday, September 9th - Players will receive 67% of their Course Handicap
