SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

 

7:30am - Registration, Driving range & Breakfast Open

8:45am - Announcements

9:00am - Shotgun Start

 

SCORING:

Each team will receive a scorecard on-site. You will keep your playing partners' scores in addition to your own. At the end of your round, one scorecard (reviewed by your team and your playing partners) will be turned in with all four players’ signatures.  This signed scorecard will serve as the official and final scorecard for both teams in your group.  The top four teams will advance to the Championship at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, December 4th & 5th. Tiebreakers will be determined by a scorecard playoff, which will begin on hole 18 and go backwards (17, 16, 15, etc.) until we have a winner. We will use Golf Genius to populate a live leaderboard during the round.

 

REGISTRATION:

Registration will open at 7:30 am. Please stop by the registration table to let us know you have arrived and to pick up your tee gift. You must present a valid photo ID at registration.  If you have not returned your digital waiver, please do so immediately.  If you need us to resend, let us know.

 

PARKING:

• Chevy Preferred Parking: Own a Chevy? Look for the Chevy Preferred Parking area near the front of the clubhouse. First come, first serve on these limited spots!

 

COURSE INFO:

• Men will be playing from approx 6600 yards and women will be playing from approx. 5800 yards

• No spectators or outside caddies are allowed.

 

SKINS:

If you would like to participate in a skins game, the entry fee is $20 per person. Cash Only. Please bring exact change.  We will not accept bills higher than $20. Skins winners will be contacted after all scorecards have been collected.

 

CONTESTS:

We will have several contests throughout the course:

• Truly Putting Contest: This will take place on the putting green. A playoff, if necessary, will be completed once all participants who made their putt have finished their round. The winner receives $500 courtesy of Truly and a Taylormade gift card to purchase a new Spider GT Putter.
• Play Golf Myrtle Beach "Closest to the Pin Contest": winner receives an invite to the Myrtle Beach World Am Tournament.
• TaylorMade "Fargiveness Longest Drive Contest" - winner receives a promo code to customize and purchase the All-New Stealth 2 Driver. on www.taylormadegolf.com. 

• Chevrolet Hole-in-One Contest - Chevrolet vehicle giveaway for a participant who gets a hole-in-one at the select hole.
