From the Tournament Directors

• Location: 2051 Silver Lake Blvd. Show Low, AZ  85901
• Shotgun start at 9:00am - Please arrive early to hit balls, purchase drinks and snacks, etc.
• Pace of Play is critical. Please play Ready Golf and maintain pace of play.  The course has encouraged that the expectation is that each group stays in touch with the group ahead of them. Don't fall behind.
• Be prepared for the weather. Winds are forecasted to be up over the weekend. Temps may stay cool.
• Skills Contest Holes will be listed on the official scorecards. Proxy markers will be placed on the course. Bring a tape measure for the Skills Contests. Only measured distances will be considered. 
• Please leave scorecards with the Golf Shop staff after the round for the TD’s to collect. Please ensure your official scorecard is signed by the scorer and an attest prior to turning them in.
• Scoring will be completed after the round. Scores may be viewed during scoring within the Event Portal and on a TV display when available.
• Be mindful of Birdie Ranch's Local Rules. You may find Local Rules on the back of the Course's scorecard.
• Guests will post their scores for Saturday's stroke play as a Competition score.

Navigating the Event Portal

• The tabs under the banner are your tools to navigate the Event Portal.
• Tee Sheet tab contains pages with the Tee Sheet and Pairings, Flights, and Roster.
  • Players page will display the roster with options to view who is entered into our different divisions using the Divisions drop down menu.
• Results tab will display scores as they are entered. During scoring what is viewed here may be considered Unofficial Results. Official Results will be acknowledged once points and payouts are confirmed. 2023 Golfer of the Year points will be shown in the Results tab as well.
• Player Statistics tab will be populated once scores are entered with a few different displays of stats.
