Éligibilité / Eligibility

L'Omnium Machinex est ouvert à tous les :
  • Professionnels membres de la PGA du Canada Classe A et apprenti;
  • Professionnels non-membres de la PGA du Canada et qui ne font pas partie d'un circuit reconnu (Ex: PGA Tour Americas);
  • Amateurs avec un handicap certifiés (centre de score de Golf Canada) de 5.0 ou moins.

    • Tous les personnes inscrites dans le tournoi feront automatiquement partie du contingent qui tentera de se qualifier pour les exemptions de la Coupe Canada.

    La PGA du Québec n'accepte aucune inscription après la date limite d'inscription.

    The Machinex Open is open to:

  • PGA of Canada Class A and apprentice professionals;
  • Non-members of the PGA of Canada who are not part of a recognized tour (e.g.: PGA Tour Americas);
  • Amateurs with a certified handicap (Golf Canada Scorecenter) of 5.0 or lower.

    • All players registered in the tournament will automatically be part of the field that will compete to qualify for the Canada Cup spots.

    The PGA of Québec will not accept any registrations after the deadline.

    Inscription gratuite à la Coupe Canada / Free registration for the Canada Cup

    Cette saison, il y aura de grands enjeux à l’Omnium Machinex. Quatre (4) inscriptions gratuites pour la Coupe Canada V-F seront offertes aux joueurs(ses) qui participent.

    Deux de ces inscriptions seront réservées aux membres de la PGA du Québec alors que les deux autres places seront données aux deux premiers au classement, peu importe leur affiliation.

    Ces gratuités seront données uniquement en fonction du classement de l'Omnium Machinex.

    This season, there will be big stakes at the Machinex Open. Four (4) free entries to the Victoriaville-Fenergic Canada Cup will be awarded to participating players.

    Two of these spots will be reserved for PGA of Québec members, while the other two spots will go to the top two finishers in the standings, regardless of their affiliation.

    These free entries will be awarded solely based on the Machinex Open standings.

    Frais d'inscription / Registration Fees

    Les frais d’inscription pour cette compétition sont les suivants :

  • Professionnel de la PGA du Québec : 250 $ (taxes incluses) 
  • P­rofessionnel de la PGA du Canada : 250 $ (taxes incluses) 
  • P­rofessionnel non-membre de la PGA du Canada : 300 $ (taxes incluses) 
  • Amateur : 200 $ (taxes incluses)

    • La date limite d'inscription est le 2 juillet 2026.

    The registration fees for this competition are as follows:

  • A professional from the PGA of Québec: $ 250 (includes taxes)
  • A professional from the PGA of Canada: $ 250 (includes taxes)

    • Politique de remboursement / Refund Policy

    Par défaut, si un paiement a été effectué pour participer à une compétition et qu'un retrait survient, au minimum, des frais administratif de 25 $ seront conservés. Voici les détails des clauses pour la possibilité de recevoir un remboursement :

  • 5 jours ou plus avant le début de la compétition : si la PGA du Québec reçoit un retrait par écrit (courriel), les frais d’inscription seront remboursés moins 25 $ de frais administratif.

  • 4 jours ou moins avant le début de la compétition : Il n’y a aucun remboursement. La seule situation où nous pouvons rembourser un(e) joueur(euse), est s’il(elle) souffre d’une blessure qui l’empêche de prendre part à la compétition. Une évaluation de la situation sera faite afin de déterminer si nous pouvons rembourser les frais d’inscriptions. Si la PGA du Québec octroi un remboursement pour une blessure, les frais d’inscription seront remboursés moins 25 $ de frais administratif.

    • By default, if a payment has been made to participate in a competition and a withdrawal occurs, at a minimum, a $25 administrative fee will be retained. Here are the details of the clauses for the possibility of receiving a refund:

  • 5 days or more before the start of the competition: if the PGA of Québec receives a written withdrawal (email), the registration fee will be refunded minus the $25 administrative fee.

  • 4 days or less before the start of the competition: There are no refunds. The only situation where we can refund a player is if he/she suffers an injury that prevents him/her from taking part in the competition. An evaluation of the situation will be done if a refund is possible. If the PGA of Québec elects to refund for an injury, the registration fee will be refunded minus the $25 administrative fee.
