(a) Players under B-4(1)〜(14), or (16) 2:00pm on Tuesday 14 July 2026 ~ 12:30pm (JST) Thursday 20 August 2026. (b) Players under B-4 (15) Qualifiers from Final Qualifying Competition 2:00pm on Wednesday 26 August 2026 ~ 12:30pm (JST) Wednesday 2 September 2026.①個人的にキャディーを帯同するプレーヤーは、別途定めるキャディーに関する規約を遵守することを条件とし、本競技での帯同キャディーの使用を認める。
②本選に限り、セルフプレー(キャディー無し)でのプレーを認める。セルフプレーを希望のプレーヤーは、キャディーの申し込みの必要はありません。 ③開催コースにキャディーの用意を依頼するプレーヤーは、別途開催コースに申し込むこと(申込開始日以降、申込対象者のみ申込可能)。なお、開催コースが用意するキャディーには数に限りがあり、全ての希望する選手にキャディーを用意することができない可能性があるので、事前に開催コースに確認をすること。 ・申込開始日:エントリー終了後に、開催コース(玄海ゴルフクラブ：0940-62-2233)にご連絡ください。 ・申込対象者:B-4 項(1)~(16)の資格取得者で開催コースにキャディーを依頼するプレーヤー】①A player may provide his own caddie provided he/she observes caddie regulation by JGA (see separate paper).
②For the Championship proper only, a player may play without caddie. If so, no need to register/apply for a caddie.
③If you wish the host club to furnish a caddie, you must apply to the club directly (see separate information). Please be reminded that it will be allocated first-come, first-served basis for those who have confirmed his eligibility (B-4(1)~(16)).
9月14日(月)、16日(水)とする。 参加資格が確定しない者については、JGA より会場でのウェイティングを許可された者に限って練習ラウンドを可能とする。 なお、15 日(火)についてはプロアマ大会実施のため、練習ラウンドはできません。
指定練習日の予約については、エントリー終了後に、開催コース(玄海ゴルフクラブ：0940-62-2233)にご連絡ください。Practice Rounds are available on Monday 14 and on Wednesday 16 September. For those who are on “waiting player list” may have a practice round provided he is contacted by JGA to be listed as on-site waiting players. No practice round is available on Tuesday 15 September due to Pro-Am event.

Click the entry button for the applicable tournament on the qualifying schedule page.

サインイン後、メニューから「エントリー」を押してください。
After signing in, select “Entry” from the menu.

「エントリーの編集」を押してください。
Click “Edit Entry.”

該当のエントリー履歴を押して、アクションから「登録のキャンセル」を押してください。
Select the relevant entry record, then choose “Cancel Registration” from the Actions menu.

画面の案内に従い、「OK」を押してください。
Follow the on-screen instructions and click “OK.”

・お支払いのエントリーフィーはご利用のクレジットカード会社を通じて返金となります。詳細はクレジットカード会社様にお問合せください。
Refunds for paid entry fees will be processed through your credit card company. Please contact your credit card issuer for details.
・エントリー締切後のキャンセルはできません。競技には欠場となります。
Cancellations are not accepted after the entry deadline. You will be recorded as withdrawn from the competition.

Sign in to your My Page.

メニューから「プレーヤーダッシュボード」を選択
Select “Player Dashboard” from the menu.

「プレーヤープロフィール」をクリックし、「トランザクション」をクリック
Click “Player Profile,” then click “Transactions.”

画面を下にスクロールし、「レシート印刷」をクリック
Scroll down and click “Print Receipt.”

「PDFのダウンロード」を押し、領収書をダウンロード
Click “Download PDF” to download the receipt.
Notes
・紙での領収書のお渡しはしておりません。ご自身で上記手順にて発行をお願いいたします。
Paper receipts are not issued. Please generate your receipt using the steps above.
・領収書の宛名は、実際にお支払いいただいたクレジットカード名義となります。宛名の書換えは行っておりません。
The receipt name will be the cardholder name of the credit card used for payment. The name on the receipt cannot be changed.
