Eligibility	The competition is open to female amateur golfers who reside in the MGA territory and do not have playing privileges at any course (e.g. a golf facility outside of the Met Area) at which the general public is excluded. A person who does not reside in the MGA territory and who is not a full-time student or employed in the MGA territory cannot join a club for the purpose of entering the WMGA/MGA Women’s Public Links Championship.
Handicap	All entrants must have an individual up-to-date Handicap Index based on ratings for women not exceeding 20.0 under the USGA Handicap System and are subject to the MGA Rules and Regulations.
