**Second Chance Qualifying Opportunity**
| Eligibility | Entry is open to any male amateur golfer 18 years of age or younger as of July 25, 2019, who is a legal resident of North Carolina or South Carolina, has not started college, is a member or their parent is a member in good standing of a club which is a member of the Carolinas Golf Association and has a current USGA handicap of 18.4 or lower. | Entries Open | May 20 at 8:00 pm |

| Qualifying Spots Available | 15 qualifying spots will be available. There will be a playoff if there is a tie for the last spot. |
| Successful Qualifiers | Players who successfully qualify for the championship proper will automatically be charged $125. |
