Format	The 73rd MGA Public Links Championship SQR will be an 18 hole stroke play qualifying round.
Eligibility	The competition is open to male amateur golfers who reside in the MGA territory and do not have playing privileges at any course (e.g. a golf facility outside of the Met Area) at which the general public is excluded. A person who does not reside in the MGA territory, and who is not a full-time student or employed in the MGA territory, cannot join a club for the purpose of entering the MGA Public Links Championship. All entrants must have an individual up-to-date Handicap Index based on ratings for men not exceeding 8.0 under the USGA Rules of Handicapping and are subject to the MGA Rules and Regulations.
