Championship Player Information

| Format & Prizes | Championship is conducted at 36 holes of stroke play. Players have the option to compete in either the Championship Division or the Carolinas Division (shorter course), regardless of Handicap Index. Players are pre-flighted by Handicap Index within division. Prizes are awarded to top finishers (gross and net) in each flight. |

April 21: Round 1 - 18 Holes stroke play beginning at
9:00 a.m. April 22: Round 2 - 18 Holes stroke play beginning at 9:00 a.m. (shotgun). Awards ceremony and luncheon immediately following play. |

| Practice Round Information |
Practice Rounds Available
on April 20 in an 8:00a.m. shotgun start ONLY. Course must be clear by 12:15 p.m.
Players are encouraged to schedule
practice rounds in advance. Practice rounds in advance are available on Mondays after 1:00 p.m., Tuesday-Friday and Saturday and Sunday after 12:00 p.m. based on availability. | Registration | There is no formal registration. Players should be at their first tee 10 minutes before their starting time. Players will receive player gifts in the scoring area after the first round. |
| Food Service Information | Lunch will be provided for players after the final round on April 22. All other food and beverage will be at the player’s expense. The snack bar in the Pro Shop building will be open by 9:00 a.m. each day. |
| Spectator & Caddie Information | Spectator Information: Spectators are welcome at CGA
championships. Spectator carts are not available. Caddie Information: Caddies are permitted, but will not be available for hire at the host club. Caddies will be required to wear a CGA caddie bib. Bibs will be available at the starting tees and must be returned to the scoring area following each round. Caddie/Spectator Cart Policy: During the play of a hole, either the player or her caddie may ride in a golf cart but not both at the same time. Spectators are not allowed to ride in a player’s golf cart at any time. |
