THE COURSE - LAKE FOREST COUNTRY CLUB
When you think about golf, the 6,749 yard Robert Mandell design offers some of the most challenging play in Northern Ohio. Golfers of all levels find that the course offers a fair test of their game. Characterized by the standards of “old-course” design, Lake Forest features mature trees that beautifully frame the bent grass fairways. The greens are fast and true, rewarding well executed shots. The professional golf staff conducts lessons and clinics for all skill levels. If you’re a new golfer just learning the basics, or an accomplished player looking to shave a couple of strokes off of your handicap, the staff is there to help.
FORMAT
Four-Ball. Two players compete together as a side, each playing their own ball. The lower score of the two players is the sides score for that hole.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to all amateur golfers. Must be a member of a NOGA Member Club with an ACTIVE GHIN Handicap Index of 7.4 (Men) / 9.4 (Women) or lower during registration
FIELD SIZE
78 Players / 39 Teams. If the event is full, teams can still register and be placed on the Waiting List. Teams will NOT be charged until they have placed on the active tournament roster.

SEASON LONG MATCH PLAY
16 teams will qualify, set into separate brackets by score. Matches will be played at GROSS throughout the season at the home club of the lower seeded player

After the event, players can choose to redeem their Gift Certificate at the Host Club OR have their gift certificate sent back to the club chose during registration.
