Eligibility Entry is open to any male amateur golfer 12 to 18 years of age of July 11, 2021 who is a legal resident of NC or SC, who has not started college (class of 2021 and higher) and who has current USGA handicap of 15.0 or lower. 
Format

The championship format is 54-holes of stroke play.  36-holes on day one and 18-holes on day two.

Starting Times Round 1 - 8:00 am double tee start off #1 and #10
Round 2 - directly after round one
Round 3 - 8:00 am double tee start off #1 and #10
Starting times will be posted on July 5th

Field Size 87 players maximum
Range Jacksonville CC has a short range and practice will be limited to irons only.  Swingin Things practice range (5 miles) will be available before and after all rounds.

Electronic Measuring Devices Players may use a measuring device during this event.
Push/Pull Carts Push carts are allowed and encouraged
Caddie Information Caddies are not allowed
Spectator and Parent Policy Spectator Information: Spectator carts are allowed at a rate of $25 per cart. Spectator carts are restricted to the cart path at all times.
Parent Policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event by contacting the CGA office at 910-673-1000 prior to the day of the tournament.  If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be suspended from CGA events for 1 year.
Refund Policy: A $30 administrative fee will be charged to all withdrawals.
