Registration Opens January 30 at 8:00 pm
Registration Deadline March 2 at 11:59 pm
Entry Fee $700 per team
Registration

1. Coach enters team on line (no registration fee at this time).
2. All Teams will be placed on pending list.
3. Coaches will be asked to record their top 3 players based on the NC Junior Rankings (this is not your roster).
4. After one week (Monday, February 6) we will accept schools based on power ranking (average ranking). If there is still space available after the first week of registration, we will switch to first come first served registration.
5. Coaches of accepted teams will receive email with tournament information and an email to pay the entry fee online by February 24.
6. Entry Fee must be paid by March 6.
7. Coaches must submit final roster by 5 pm on March 6.
8. Round one pairings are posted on March 7 by 5pm..
Format The championship is conducted at 36-holes of team and individual stroke play. Each team may be represented by five players and must return four individual 18-hole scores each day to qualify for the team championship. In case of a tie for the team championship, the fifth individual score from round two will be used to break the tie.  If the fifth individual scores from round two are the same, the fifth individual scores from round one will be used to break the tie.  If the fifth individual’s scores are the same on both days, the schools will share the championship team title.  A tie for medalist will be shared.

Coaches registration starting at 11:00 am      
Round one starting with 1:00 pm shotgun      
Tournament cookout for players and coaches after play

Saturday, March 11, 2023      
Round two 8:00am-10:00am starting times off #1 & #10

Starting times will be posted 4 days in advance of tournament date.

Course Setup 6,500 yards
Yardages are subject to change.
Caddie/Coach Information Caddies are NOT allowed.

One Coach per team
Electronic Measuring Devices Players may use an approved measuring device during this event.
Push/Pull Carts Push carts are allowed and encouraged at all TYGA tournaments.
Parent & Spectator Policy Spectator Information: Spectator carts will be limited for round one to Handicap only. Spectator carts for Round 2 are allowed at a rate of $30 per cart. Spectator carts are restricted to the cart path at all times.
 Parent Policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. View our Parent & Spectator Policies for more information.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event online or by contacting the TYGA office at 910-725-4235 prior to the day of the tournament.  If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be suspended from TYGA events for 1 year.
*NEW* Refund Policy: Withdrawals submitted TWO Days Prior or more from tournament date will receive a refund of the entry fee minus a $50 administrative fee regardless of reason if entry accepted into the tournament. Withdrawals submitted less than two days before the tournament will not receive any refund.
Prizes Medals are awarded to each winning team player.
Trophy awarded to low team.(In case of a tie the 5th score will count from the last round)
Trophy awarded to low medalist player.
Tournament of Champions Invitation for the 2023 TYGA Tournament of Champions will be extended to the medalist.
Exemptions Earned Top 10 individuals receive exemption into TYGA Bojangles Junior.
Handicap Posting TYGA will not post scores to player's GHIN handicap record.
