Qualifier Player Information
Players may attempt to Qualify only once per Championship

| Entry Fee(s) | $55 for Single/ $95 for Concurrent* per player for qualifying round *Players who successfully qualify for the championship proper will be charged the additional championship fee of $165 for championship rounds This event will also be an optional Optimist International Junior Qualifier. Players that select "YES" to add on this qualifier during registration will be invoiced for the additional entry fee of $20 on June 9th. |

Open to male amateur golfers that have not
reached their 19th birthday. WHS Number is required with an Handicap Index of 15.0 or lower. NC Junior Terms of Competition Carolinas Junior Terms of Competition |
| Format | Individual 18-Hole Stroke Play. No playoff as ties qualify. |

| Parent & Spectator Information |
Spectator Information: Spectator carts
are allowed at a rate of $25 per cart. Spectator carts are restricted to the
cart path at all times. Parent Policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy |
Open Date to Two Days Prior to Qualifying
Date: Full refund minus $30.00 administrative fee regardless of reason if
entry accepted into championship or sectional qualifier. Withdraw the day before or on Qualifying Date; No-Shows: No refund for any reason. |
