| Eligibility |
Entry is open to any female or
male amateur
golfer who has not reached their 19th birthday as of the final round of the
championship proper, who has not started college, and maintains a residence in North
or South

| Acceptance Process |
Exempt players will be accepted upon
registration (allow 3-4 business days). The top ranked boys and
girls who have registered will be accepted on August 16th to
reach our max field size. Those not accepted will be placed on
the pending list in order based on their August 2024 Carolinas

| Practice Round Information |
Available: August 23 Cost: Included in entry fee! Players do not need to schedule a practice round. It will be an "open tee" format on August 23rd. Players will need to check in with the pro-shop. Practice rounds will be walking only! |

par 70 Girls will play from approximately 6,048 yards par 72 |

Individual 36-hole stroke play There is NO MAX SCORE. |

| Divisions | There are no age divisions! |
| Starting Times |
Starting times will begin at
7:30am both days. Starting times will be posted 5 days in advance of tournament date. |
| Push/Pull Carts | Push carts area allowed and encouraged at all CGA tournaments. |
| Electronic Measuring Devices | Players may use an approved measuring device during this event (NO SLOPE). |
| Caddie Information | Caddies are NOT allowed. |
| Rankings Information |
Results will be used for CGA
Rankings (multiplier of 9). More details on CGA Rankings can be found HERE. |
| GHIN Posting | CGA WILL post scores to a player's GHIN handicap record. |
| Spectator Policy |
Spectator Information:
Spectator carts are allowed at a rate of $40 per cart. Spectator carts are
restricted to the cart path at all times. Spectator Policy: Spectators are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all spectators remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. Please view our Spectator Policies for more details. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy |
If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from
the event online or by contacting the CGA office at 910-725-4235 prior to the
day of the tournament. If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no
show" and you will be suspended from CGA events for 1 year. *NEW* Refund Policy: Withdrawals submitted THREE Days Prior or more from tournament date will receive a refund of the entry fee minus a $30 administrative fee regardless of reason if entry accepted into the tournament. Withdrawals submitted less than three days before the tournament will not receive any refund. |
