ABOUT THE CHAMPIONSHIP
The Brabazon Trophy is the English Men's Open Amateur Stroke Play Championship and is open to male amateur golfers of all nationalities.
QUALIFYING
Three qualifying rounds, each with a maximum of 120 players, will be played on 13 May 2025.
Qualifying will consist of 18 holes stroke play. If there is a tie for the last qualifying place, the qualifiers will be determined via card countback.
Entry Fee: £120 (exempt Players) £80 (entry into qualifiers, with a further £40 due upon qualification)
Closing Date: Wednesday 16 April (17:00)
Handicap Limit: 2.0
2025 VENUE
Burton On Trent Golf Club is situated in between Burton on Trent and Swadlincote. The course measures 6,510 yards, par 71 for men and is an excellent test of golf for any level of golfer. Harry Colt designed Burton On Trent Golf course and golf can be played for 52 weeks a year on lovely, fast running fairways and tricky greens, in a mature park/woodland setting.
