ABOUT THE CHAMPIONSHIP
The English Schools Scratch Team Championship is contested by qualifying schools from each of the County Schools' Golf Associations.

The English Schools Scratch Team Championship is played by 18 holes of strokeplay.
2026 VENUE
For more than a century, golf travellers have been welcomed to the Hotchkin Course, famous for it’s natural, dramatic bunkering and distinct tactical challenge.
The course, built on a sandy tract of land north of the village of Woodhall Spa, has classic heathland characteristics and is a wonderful example of how golf and nature can benefit each other.
