| Registration Process |
Registration must be completed
online. Registrant may register up to 4 players. Player information must be completed for each player in group (email, cell phone, mailing address). Groups of less than 4 will be paired with other golfers. |
| Acceptance Process | A lottery will be used to determine entries. Lottery results will be announced on Tuesday, October 27. |
| Eligibility | Entry is open to ANY amateur golfer! Membership to the CGA is not required! |
| Entry Fee(s) | $200 per player |
| Field Size | The max number of players for this event is 124 players. |
| Format | There is no formal competition! Come enjoy a fun day of golf at Pinehurst No. 8 to support the Carolinas Golf Foundation and the Given-Tufts Archives |

10:00am Shotgun Start Hole Assignments will be posted and emailed 5 days in advance of event date. |

No. 8 Scorecard Players may choose where they wish to play from! |
| Caddie Information | If you wish to arrange for a caddie, at your own expense, contact the Pinehurst CC caddie services at 910-235-8149. |
| Cart Fees / Walking | Cart fee is included in entry fee. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy |
If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from
the event online
or by contacting the CGA office at 910-673-1000 prior to the day of the
tournament. Note: Withdrawing online will withdraw all players on your registration. Refund Policy: Withdrawals submitted THREE Days Prior or more from tournament date will receive a refund of the entry fee minus a $30 administrative fee per person regardless of reason if entry accepted into the event. Withdrawals submitted less than THREE days before the tournament will not receive any refund. |

A past “Top 100” course, No. 8’s beautiful landscape shines in the afternoon, and its large greens challenge your short game." |
| About the Carolinas Golf Foundation | The Carolinas Golf Foundation was formed by the Carolinas Golf Association in 1977 to provide support for a variety of Carolinas-based golf initiatives. Donations are used to support and promote junior golf (including seven First Tee programs), women's golf, turfgrass research and scholarships, disabled golfers and many other worthwhile Carolinas projects. |
