| Entry Process | Each individual player must register themselves. Each competitor must have their own player profile in the CGA/TYGA registration system. |
| Entry Fee(s) | There is not an entry fee thanks to support from the Carolinas Golf Foundation and the NC Senior Women's Golf Association |
| Eligibility |
Open to any public and private girls’ high school golfer (Class of 2021, 2022, 2023 or 2024) from North Carolina. |
| Format | The championship is conducted at 18-holes of individual stroke play. |
| Starting Times |
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm off #1 and #10. Will be posted 7 days in advance of tournament date. |
| Course Setup | 5,305 yards, par 72 YARDAGES |
| Field Size | 96 players |
| Electronic Measuring Devices | Players may use an approved measuring device during this event. |
| Push/Pull Carts | Push carts are allowed and encouraged |
| Caddie Information | Caddies are not allowed |
| Spectator and Parent Policy | Spectator Information:
Spectator carts are allowed at a rate of $25 per cart. Spectator carts are
restricted to the cart path at all times. Parent Policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy | If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event by contacting the TYGA office at 910-673-1000 prior to the day of the tournament. If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be suspended from TYGA events for 1 year. |
| Prizes | Trophies are awarded to the top 5 finishers. The medalist will receive an invitation to the 2020 PKBGT Tournament of Champions. All players will earn status on the PKBGT Performance Index. |
