29th North Carolina Mid-Amateur Championship is conducted at 54 holes of stroke play. After 36 holes, the field is cut to the low 60 scores and ties for the final round. An on-course playoff is used to break a tie for the championship. Top 30 scores and ties receive merchandise and are exempt into the 2023 championship. Merchandise certificates are valid until December 31, 2022.

Competition Schedule September 29: Practice Rounds Available
September 30: Round 1- 18 Holes Stroke Play.
October 1: Round 2 - 18 Holes Stroke Play. Cut to 60 & ties.
October 2: Round 3 - 18 Holes Stroke Play. Awards immediately after.

Food Service Information Lunch will be provided for players on Friday, September 30. All other food and beverage will be at the player’s expense.
Spectator & Caddie Information Spectator Information: Spectators are welcome at CGA championships. Spectators are not allowed to ride in a player’s golf cart at any time or rent a spectator cart except as provided in the CGA Tournament Manual.
**Due to the limited number of available carts, spectator carts will not be available during first 2 rounds**
Caddie Information: Caddies are permitted. During the play of a hole, either the player or the caddie may ride in a golf cart but not both at the same time. Caddies will be required to wear a CGA caddie bib and they will be available at the starting tees and must be returned to the scoring area following each round.
