| Eligibility | Entry is open to any female and male amateur golfer ages 6-18 who has not started college and is a legal resident of North Carolina. |
| Format |
Players age 12-18: Individual 18-hole
stroke play with a maximum score of 8 on each hole. Players age 6-11: Individual 9-hole stroke play with a maximum score of 8 on each hole. |
| Field Size | 60 players maximum |
| Starting Times |
Starting times will begin at 10:00am. Starting times will be posted 5 days in advance of tournament date. |
| Divisions |
Age 11 & Under Boys' 12-13, Boys' 14-15 and Boys' 16-18 Girls' will be divided into divisions based on the number of entries. TYGA reserves the right to modify divisions based on entries. |

| Caddie Information |
Players age 12-18:
Caddies are NOT allowed. Players age 6-11: Caddies are recommended and must be 16 years of age or older. |
| Electronic Measuring Devices | Players may use an approved measuring device during this event. |
| Push/Pull Carts | Push carts area allowed and encouraged at all TYGA tournaments. |
| Practice Round Info |
Practice rounds are available for $25. Call club to schedule. |
| Spectator and Parent Policy | Spectator Information:
Spectator carts are allowed at a rate of $25 per cart. Spectator carts are
restricted to the cart path at all times. Parent Policy: Parents are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all parents remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy |
If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from
the event online or by contacting the TYGA office at 910-725-4235 prior to the
day of the tournament. If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no
show" and you will be suspended from TYGA events for 1 year. Refund Policy: Withdrawals submitted TWO Days Prior or more from tournament date will receive a refund of the entry fee minus a $20 administrative fee regardless of reason if entry accepted into the tournament. Withdrawals submitted less than two days before the tournament will not receive any refund. |
| Prizes | Medals are awarded to each divisional winner, runner-up and second runner-up. |
| Handicap Posting | TYGA does not post one day tournament scores to player's GHIN handicap record. |
| Tournament of Champions | Invitations for the Tournament of Champions will be extended to all division winners in each TYGA one day series event. |
