| Format | This event is a two-day 36-hole stroke play competition. After Round One the field will be cut to the Low 40 Players & Ties. The WGA Mid-Amateur Champion will be the lowest score over 36 holes. |
| Eligibility | The competition is open to Amateur members of MGA Member Clubs in the nine county area, members of the MGA eClub – Hudson Valley, MGA eClub – Connecticut, or USGA/MGA GC who reside in the nine county area, and members of the MGA eClub – New York City or USGA/MGA GC who reside in the Bronx, or Manhattan* and have reached their twenty-fifth birthday by October 28, 2026. |
Carts/Caddies |
• Players may use a motorized golf cart. • Players may bring their own caddie. • Players may carry their own bag. • Pull carts will be approved on a course by course basis, please consult the Memorandum to Players. • It is strongly recommended that caddies wear shoes without spikes or tread. • Final information will be released in the Memorandum to Players, which will be released prior to the event. |
