The championship is contested over 36 holes using a mixed format of four-ball stroke play and modified alternate shot. This competition includes Gross scores ONLY. Teams may choose to compete in any division in which they are eligible: Championship Division, Tournament Division (shorter course), Senior Division (ages 55+ for males, ages 50+ for females), Super Senior Division (ages 65+ for both males and females).
Divisions will be flighted before the first round based on the low player index of the team (based on division size.
Overall champions and low scorers in each division will receive trophies. Merchandise certificates will be awarded to low scorers in each flight. Any tie for the overall championship and/or division winners is decided by an on-course playoff. All other ties for merchandise will be decided by a scorecard playoff. Merchandise certificates have no expiration date. |

| Food Service Information | The CGA will provide each player with a $30 gift certificate to Kiawah Island Resort in lieu of food and beverage. All other food and beverage purchases will be at the player’s expense. |
| Spectator & Caddie Information | Spectator Information: Spectators are welcome at CGA championships. Spectators are not allowed to ride in a player’s golf cart at any time or rent a spectator cart except as provided in the
CGA Tournament Manual. **Due to the limited number of available carts, spectator carts will not be available during the championship* Caddie Information: Caddies are NOT permitted at CGA Events. Model Local Rules H-1.1 is in effect. |
