キャンセル方法 How to Cancel Your Entry:
  1. Click the entry button for the applicable tournament on the qualifying schedule page.

  2. After signing in, select “Entry” from the menu.

  3. Click “Edit Entry.”

  4. Select the relevant entry record, then choose “Cancel Registration” from the Actions menu.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions and click “OK.”

Notes

Refunds for paid entry fees will be processed through your credit card company. Please contact your credit card issuer for details.

Cancellations are not accepted after the entry deadline. You will be recorded as withdrawn from the competition.

参加料の領収書について Receipt for Entry Fee:

Receipts can be issued as follows:

  1. Sign in to your My Page.

  2. Select “Player Dashboard” from the menu.

  3. Click “Player Profile,” then click “Transactions.”

  4. Scroll down and click “Print Receipt.”

  5. Click “Download PDF” to download the receipt.

Notes

Paper receipts are not issued. Please generate your receipt using the steps above.

The receipt name will be the cardholder name of the credit card used for payment. The name on the receipt cannot be changed.
